Mom, pretty sure you're the CFO of this establishment and have been for years. I would say you've got the CEO (dad?), COO - Chief Operating Officer (dan?), and Chairman of the Board (grandpa?). Just guessing...
I think that the COO needs to look at the dress code. Shirts with sleeves required!!!!!
